Ticket Policy

We now require payment in advance for all reservations.  All major credit cards are accepted. Tickets are non-refundable. If seating is available, exchanges may be made until seven days prior to the performance date.

To request an exchange please email:    reservations@strattonplayers.com.
Please keep your PAYPAL EMAIL receipt as confirmation of your ticket purchase (this email will show your performance date and number of tickets).

All tickets will be held at the door. All performances are general seating. Doors open one hour prior to the performance.

To Purchase Tickets By Check

Checks must be received at least seven days before the requested performance date.  Please include your telephone number, date of the show and the # of tickets requested.  We will call you when your check arrives to confirm your reservation.  Please remember, no reservation will be confirmed until payment is received.

Group Rates are Available

The entire house may be reserved for $10/ticket with a minimum of $600 on the Thursday(s) between performance weekends.  Groups may build in an added fee for fund raising if desired. Refreshments may be served after the performance. Groups of 50+ are welcome to a reception with cast and crew members following a performance. Special rates for school groups may be arranged through the theater.
All group sales are final and must be prepaid .
 (NOTE:  Does not apply to shows priced under $12)
